About Us
Let me introduce ourselves, we are Carl and Camille O'Dell, retirees from the Long Beach Area.
Our orchard was established in 2004. We are a family owned and operated. We grow red and green Bartletts, Bosc, Comice, red & green DeAnjou. There are approximately350 established trees and 100 new trees in the orchard. Our orchard is CCOF certified organic and has been organic since 2000. We sell our pears to Whole Foods and have been a featured farmer for two years in a row.
Visitors will enjoy seeing our herd of registered Nubian Goats. Enzyme-rich, fresh goat milk is available for animal use. Great for weanlings, foals, puppies, kittens or even making soap. Our Blue Roan Quarter Horses are always up to something. We will have a new foal in March of 2010. Sugar had her a foal on March 22, 2010 HIS name is "Hancocks Dream Catcher" we call him Jake.
When available we sell fresh eggs $4.00 a dozen.
